Jennifer is the owner of Say and Play Speech Therapy and a nationally certified and state licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Jennifer graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in 2007 from Arizona State University. She then worked as an elementary school teacher until returning to graduate school where she earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2016 from the University of Texas.
Jennifer has experience working with all ages in various settings including private practice, schools, and medical facilities. Jennifer specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of communication disorders to include: receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation disorders, stuttering, augmentative and alternative communication, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and other developmental delays.
Melissa brings over 15 years of experience to our team. She received her Bachelors degree from the University of New Mexico in Communication Sciences and Disorders and earned her Masters degree in Clinical Speech Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University in 2005.

Melissa has experience working with all ages across multiple settings including private practice, home based therapy and schools. Melissa specializes in bilingual assessment and treatment, articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders and students with complex multiple disorders.
Melissa grew up in Carlsbad and is so excited to be able to share her love of speech and language with those in the community.

Allison has a passion for working with multi-cultural/multi-lingual individuals and values collaborating with families and partnering with colleagues both in and outside of the discipline to generate creative
therapeutic ideas and to better inform her interventions. Allison has experience across an array of settings and with different populations. Currently, she works as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in an elementary school in Encinitas, CA. Part-time she works with the early intervention population. Allison also worked with adults at the Metropolitan Hospital in New York City. Also in New York, she worked with infants and toddlers with special needs for children ages 3-5. She also worked as a Behavior Intervention Specialist at a charter school in
San Francisco, CA where she worked with the special education team. Before becoming an SLP, Allison was a Spanish teacher at an elementary school in Encinitas, CA. Acknowledging that learning styles vary on an individual basis, Allison utilizes client-specific interests and talents to
offer the most successful therapy.
The combination of Allison’s strong academic foundation, diverse cultural experiences, and compassionate nature has shaped her unique approach to therapy. Her passion lies in helping individuals develop the art of communication to promote their own self-expression and personal achievement.
Hannah is a Speech Language Pathologist completing her clinical fellowship. Hannah graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Pre-professional Speech Pathology in 2019 from Louisiana Tech University and earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from University of Texas at Dallas in 2022.

Hannah is a Speech Language Pathologist completing her clinical fellowship. Hannah graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Pre-professional Speech Pathology in 2019 from Louisiana Tech University and earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from University of Texas at Dallas in 2022.
Hannah has experience working with children of all ages and communication abilities in various settings including schools, early intervention, and private practice. She specializes in prelinguistic skills, expressive and receptive language delays, articulation disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
Hannah is passionate about teaching functional communication using play based therapy methods and parent coaching.
Hannah moved from Dallas, TX to Carlsbad and is excited to serve the families in North County.
