About Us

Jennifer is the owner of Say and Play Speech Therapy and a nationally certified and state licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Jennifer graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education in 2007 from Arizona State University. She then worked as an elementary school teacher until returning to graduate school where she earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2016 from the University of Texas. 

Jennifer has experience working with all ages in various settings including private practice, schools, and medical facilities. Jennifer specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of communication disorders to include: receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation disorders, stuttering, augmentative and alternative communication,  Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and other developmental delays. 

Elisha is a nationally certified and state licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Elisha graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2015 from the University of Tennessee and earned her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from East Tennessee State University in 2018. 

Elisha has experience working with children and adults of all ages across various settings including schools, private practice, and medical facilities. Elisha specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of pediatric communication disorders including expressive/receptive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, and sensory-based feeding disorders.

Elisha moved to San Diego from Nashville, TN and is excited to share her passion for speech and language with children and families in North County.

 Madison is a state licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Madison earned her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from California State University San Marcos in 2018. 

Madison has experience working with children and adults of all ages across various settings including adult residential facilities, schools, private practice, and medical facilities. Madison specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of pediatric communication disorders including articulation /phonological disorders, stuttering, augmentative and alternative communication,  Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and other developmental delays. 

Madison is born and raised in North County San Diego and is excited to serve the community she grew up in. 

 Hannah is a state licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Hannah graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Pre-professional Speech Pathology in 2019 from Louisiana Tech University and earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from University of Texas at Dallas in 2022. 

Hannah has experience working with children of all ages and communication abilities in various settings including schools, early intervention, and private practice. She specializes in prelinguistic skills, expressive and receptive language delays, articulation disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. 

Hannah is passionate about teaching functional communication using play based therapy methods and parent coaching. 

Hannah moved from Dallas, TX to Carlsbad and is excited to serve the families in North County. 

 Kassie is a state licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Kassie earned her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Nevada State University in 2022.

Kassie has provided evaluation and treatment in a variety of settings including private practice, hospital, telehealth platform, and medical facilities for a wide array of disorders, including expressive and receptive language, articulation, phonology, apraxia, stuttering, and pragmatic language. Kassie is passionate about working alongside children and their families to improve communication skills and create therapy programs for each individual patient’s needs. 

Kassie moved to San Diego from Las Vegas, NV and is excited serve the families of North County. She spends most of her free time going on hikes, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.

 Liz is a state licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant. Liz earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Arizona State University in December 2023

With a passion for helping children of all ages, Liz has experience in schools, early intervention, and private practice. She has worked closely with children diagnosed with pediatric communication disorders, Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and other developmental disorders. Liz is committed to implementing play-based therapy techniques in her sessions, creating an engaging therapeutic environment. 

Recently relocating from the Inland Empire to North County San Diego, Liz is eager to apply her skills and serve her local community.
